go wrong. If this happens it can be stressful and costly unless

Our PC support solutions have been designed to keep your computers

What
does it cost?:
Unlimited cover starts from just £20+vat per
PC / per month. This is an 'all-in' price and covers all labour
charges. We do not charge a call-out fee.
This type of contract requires a minimum of 3 PC's. If Replacement
computer parts are needed they are supplied at discounted
prices.
How
do we do it?
We will attempt to remedy software and hardware problems
in three ways, depending on the type of problem. Firstly over
the telephone, secondly with remote control methods, and thirdly
with an on-site visit.
At 6 monthly intervals we will perform our standard
series of checks on all your PC's to ensure they are running
at optimum. Once a year this will also include an interior
clean of each your PCs.

Options
On-site
Backup Option:
We are experts in providing the most effective method
of backup for your system. Each backup solution we create
is unique to your exact requirements, prices vary depending
on what you need, please ask for a free assessment.
This
option can include a daily backup check where we ensure the
backup has run successfully.
Off-site
Backup Option:
This option is recommended if you need a belt and
braces solution for your data. It is a supplementary option
to on-site backup, and should not be your only backup method.
This option can include a daily backup check where we ensure
the backup has run successfully.
Add off-site backup from £25+vat per month.
Disaster
Recovery Option:
Each PC is 'cloned' onto a special disk image twice
a year, and kept in storage. In the event of theft or serious
hardware failure we can supply a replacement machine setup
from your 'cloned image' that will be an exact copy of your
machine, within an agreed timescale to get you up and running
again within hours. We will also restore the data from your
backup facility onto the PC.
Add Disaster Recovery from £10+vat per PC per month.
Replacement hardware cover from £5+vat per PC per month
We
are also able to tailor contracts to your business's exact
requirements.
